SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION FEES:

Monthly recurring fees for search engine optimization are based per keyword, per search engine. For example if one of your keywords was in the top 10 ranking positions for Yahoo, AltaVista and AOL, you would be billed $15.00.

Neither Yahoo or LookSmart Express Submission option guarantees a listing within the respective directory, nor does it guarantee the type of placement or description that your site will receive if accepted. They will, however, give you the ability
to get listed quickly and generate traffic faster.

| Once the proper keywords are selected, accounts need to be setup with the Pay-Per-Click search engines and funded with beginning balances. |
| We recommend an initial fund of between $500.00 and $1000.00 initially. However, you can get started with as little as $100.00 to test the waters. |
| When your account balance approaches $0.00, we will call you to discuss replenishing the fund, how much to spend and how to spend it. We recommend keeping at least 2 weeks of funds in your account. |
| Detailed reports will be provided to show you how the money has been spent across your keywords. We can also advise you with techniques to help you track this traffic in your existing website log file analysis reports. |
